Frank was named after Frank Sinatra....blue eyes because he has such beautiful striking ice blue eyes! Poor Frank was dumped out here and nobody wanted him, even though he is so loving, kind, gentle, and great around other dogs. Nobody has fenced in yards and Frank was running up and down the street all the time. One of the neighbors threatened to shoot him so he ended up at Las Lomas K9 Rescue. He is going to make someone a really nice companion.
